The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
