In case of rain/storm, community has the right to close the pool.

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s a quint townhouse located in the heart of Estepona’s beautiful old town. The house has been renovated but still does have some old features. There’s a livingroom/dining/kitchen downstairs, a double bedroom on the 1st floor and a single bedroom on the 2nd floor, from there you access the roof terraces. The is a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. The are stairs between each floor, including roof terraces/solarium. There’s also a sofa bed in lounge.

Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
