The house is very well suited for vacations without a car, walking distance from the Estepona bus station with direct buses from Malaga Airport. The largest supermarket of Estepona is just a few hundred meters away. If you come by car, the property offers free community parking. The modern 2-bedroom house is located in a quiet community, built around a beautiful garden with a large community pool (open from April to October) and direct access to the sea. From the gate in the garden, you can step onto the coastal path - the foot and bicycle path that connects all Costa del Sol. A 1 km-walk along the water will bring you to the beautiful old town of Estepona with its restaurants and shops. The ground floor hosts the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with a dining table, 8 chairs, sofas and a large flat-screen TV, as well as a toilet. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with modern boxspring beds and two bathrooms, one in-suite in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with beautiful sea view, the ideal place to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The house has a private outdoor area with an open terrace and an electric barbecue - the perfect place to relax and dine outside. The residence allows for a comfortable living for 4 adults and two children (on folding beds). Additional amenities include excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot & cold) in all rooms, sun loungers, towels, bedding, linens and beach towels, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV in the living room and master bedroom. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden.
