Studio apartment has a king size bed, tile floors, parking, wifi, SmartTV, kitchen for light cooking, private deck, A/C, security cameras, digital locks and outdoor lighting. We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly.
