House On Cedar Beach

Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Lake Erie rental with incredible sunsets on a dead end safe and quiet area with a short walk to homeowners association private beach with pavillion and porta potty. The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. No air. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies!

Welcome to Captains' Quarters. Beautiful lake front home, literally on the water. Open and enclosed deck with incredible lake views. Large dock on the water, swimming ramp, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. Wood burning fireplace, perfect for winter fun. Enjoy all 4 seasons. Fishing, two kayaks and a paddle boat, and boat rental available during summer. Visit Peek n Peak, less than 10 minutes away, with golf, adventure park (zip lines, mini golf & ropes course), spa, downhill skiing.

Spacious, Classic Conneaut Lake Home - Lake Views!

Vintage cottage just steps from the lake. Not in the Midway Plan. Enjoy the sights and sounds from nearly every window and from the 35' deck overlooking the lake. Two rooms have twin over double bunks, bed 3 Q, the master has a queen & full bath. Enjoy the summer sleeping porch with full, twin & an outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 has a crib. Lots of toys for rainy days, a dog cage, older PlayStation, DVD player, Roku TVs, fire table & fire pit. As of 2025, not part of Midway Beach

"Close to the Lake" House

The home is located just two blocks from the beach, a short drive to the SUNY Fredonia campus and within the Chautauqua wine trail. You will find it is very clean, well maintained, well stocked and provides a private backyard with covered porch. This is a great location for anyone who wishes to visit the campus, enjoy Lake Erie, explore Chautauqua County or coming into town to visit family. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Wild life sanctuary W/ Hot tub, Dock, and Kayaks!

Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake and minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions.

Welcome to Hook, Wine and Sinker! Walk to the harbor, beach, fishing, restaurants, parks, bars and the Moose Lodge (Must be a member). Enjoy lake view sunsets from the backyard deck. Short drive to over 30 wineries in The Grand River Valley. Close to Historic Ashtabula Harbor and Geneva On The Lake. Also, a 1-minute walk to the Conneaut arts center. Lakeside Sunrise

Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
