Your own private suite in Newmarket Auckland.

The location provides easy access to the Auckland CBD via Inner Link bus, train, taxi or on foot. It is only a short walk to both Newmarket and Parnell shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as the Domain and Museum, Auckland Hospital and the Cathedral. Suitable for singles or couples, business or pleasure. Overseas visitors especially welcome. The Fern Room - a tranquil place to spend your Auckland holiday or work trip. Private use of bedroom/lounge, bathroom and courtyard for a maximum of two people. Less than four minutes to the train, the shops of Newmarket, and motorway on-ramps. The museum and domain are a short walk away and many guests like the walk into the city. A daily self-serve light breakfast is included and there is NO cleaning fee. Free high speed broadband, wifi, Sky Sports and Movies, chromecast and DVD player.

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Ellerslie Auckland Central. Entire Apartment.

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Sea view and Sunset

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Pencarrow Luxury Homestay

Rose's studio apartment is above a recently built garage in a leafy street in the heritage suburb of Mt Eden. It has been decorated to a high standard and equipped with every comfort. It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.

Stylish Birkenhead Apartment. Sea and bush views

Our family home is in Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore with sensational harbour and bush views The separate, self-contained apartment has a full kitchen, unlimited high-speed 100mbps (WiFi ), a new LG 55" TV (with NETFLIX), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Welcome to our modern, attractive and spotlessly clean flat with attached bathroom and kitchenette looking out onto parklike gardens. Enjoy a Nespresso coffee in your private patio or walk 5 minutes to the café in Cornwall Park. Perfectly situated for buses and trains into CBD, walking distance to Greenlane and Ascot hospitals, Ellerslie racecourse and ASB showgrounds.

Private 2 bedroom wing in sunny city fringe home

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.

Private, Modern Sleep Out Studio with Sea Views

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
