This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

CLEAN comfortable country close to I26 Quiet Nice

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS
