The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautiful views of the Deer Run Lake and wildlife. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, all the firewood you will need and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.
