Welcome to our Spring Creek cozy home! We opened our doors after a job opportunity led our family of 4 (plus pups) here. Enjoy the Ruby Mountain views, quiet neighborhood, and nearby trails. As pet lovers, we welcome your furry friends. Please note: a few projects are in progress, and we’re working on them as time and budget allow. They don’t affect your comfort, and we’ve reflected this in our pricing. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our home and share it with others.

Soak in the old house charm with a new world spin! This 1911 Elko home features 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy living room, gas fireplace and french doors into the sun room. The kitchen has been completely updated to offer the chefs dream! A gas cook top, double ovens and an oversized sink. Both main bedrooms offer king size beds and dressers. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. Conrad Creek Yurt

At 7,000ft elevation, the 24ft Pacific Yurt is in an aspen grove with Conrad Creek flowing year round, feet from the yurt. Fully furnished with 2 queen beds, 2 couches, pull out futon, and 2 cots for sleeping. The yurt has solar lights and power, a propane oven, propane fireplace, propane cook tops, full kitchen gear, bottled fresh water, separate bathroom structure. The yurt has vehicle access and is located on 120 acres private property minutes from other people. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home that is located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 9-minute drive to the beautiful Lamoille Canyon! The open floor plan allows for mingling, whether you're relaxing on the reclining sectional or cooking up a nice meal in the kitchen. The large, covered outdoor patio has seating for 14 people, as well as a propane fireplace. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, with an amazing view of the Rubies!

Welcome to this great home located in West Wendover, Nv. Perfect home to bring your kids and family for a nice getaway. Home includes 3 bedrooms along with an inflatable mattress, 2 full bathrooms, a living room & kitchen that includes all kitchen utilities. The backyard includes playground and a fireplace. Guest that bring kids please keep in mind that this home is not child proof and always have adult supervision when playing inside and on the playground.

South Fork Retreat

Enjoy gorgeous views from numerous windows in this comfortable lakeside retreat. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of dining space. An air mattress is available if you have more guests than beds. Our kitchen is well stocked. The master shower is huge. Please note that access to this home is by dirt road only. There is a short, steep route, or a longer, more level trek if the weather is slick. Your sports car will not make it!

Cutest cottage with lake and mountain views near South Fork Reservoir in Elko County Nevada. Enjoy the outdoors with a large deck, covered patio, barbecue, trees and hot tub. A one minute drive to Jet Ski Beach. At South Fork you can fish, swim and boat. A 12 mile drive to groceries in Spring Creek and 18 miles from Elko. Plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and trailers. A great base camp for hunting, playing, or business.
