Hilltop Retreat

Stay with us, on the hill just outside of town. Feel like you’re away from it all as you overlook 2,000 acres sitting on our front porch. We did a complete renovation, down to the bones, in 2024. We rebuilt it with large groups in mind. Host your family Thanksgiving, Christmas or summer vacation HERE! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unpack and enjoy our quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful views of the river for those evening walks! This 4 bedroom 2 bath comes with a fully stocked kitchen and lounging areas to watch your favorite shows and movies. Enjoy the views of the channel from the gas grill as you prepare a delicious meal with the family. After a great meal, make some memories with some board/card games! Close to great restaurants and hospital near by.

Booking allows exclusive use of all guest bedrooms, common spaces on the main & upper floors, and the wooden guest deck area off the kitchen. No parties unless pre-approved. Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful River Cottage. Sit on the porch swing and watch Amish buggy's go by. Sit in the back yard and enjoy a refreshing drink in front of the 🔥 firepit while watching wildlife. Secluded, Sunny 2 bedroom Retreat in the Woods

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by nature. Tucked away down a wooded lane and surrounded by trees, yet a quick drive into Goshen. Settle in with a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and beautiful deck to enjoy the view. Or enjoy visits to the Old Bag Factory (2 minutes), Notre Dame (35 minutes), Amish town of Shipshewana (25 minutes), and Goshen College (10 minutes). Bike trails leading to Elkhart and Shipshewana can be access less than 1/2 mile from the home.

Peaceful Home in Middlebury

Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our three bedroom, two bathroom home offers a large living room, perfect for gathering after a day of Midwest adventures. This house is central to many local Amish attractions like the Shipshewana Flea Market, Essenhaus, or one of MANY bakeries in the area. We are 40 minutes from South Bend giving you the best of both worlds if you're here for a college visit. We'd love to show you what Midwest hospitality means to us.

My Happy Place!!

The whole group will be comfortable in this Spacious Nicely Decor Unique space. Two bedroom and small office sitting area for relaxing I’m big on house keeping No Pets No smoking in the home No parties Or Events No shoes wearing in the home also No visitors Allowed only whom name is on the reservation list My Airbnb is for work business and people traveling Not for hanging out not setup for children at this time I truly appreciate your business Thank you so much …

Book your next stay, and experience Home away from Home at the Farmhouse! Located just 3 Miles East of downtown Goshen. 15 Minutes to Middlebury & 25 Minutes to Shipshewana! Great country setting but close to everything. 2.5 miles from Abshire Park where you can park your vehicle to walk or Bike on the Pumpkinvine Trail. 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
