A recently renovated family home, surrounded by a 4000 m2 garden right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki and a great view to the Gulf of Mount Athos. Many other activities are available nearby, including scuba diving, horse riding, daily cruises to Mount Athos, visits to archaeological sites or traditional villages.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

KariBa House - Sunset view

A beautiful and cozy Sunset House with a wonderful sea view, just few steps from crystal clear sea. This private house includes two bedrooms ,living room with kitchen,two bathrooms ,yard and big balcony with amazing view. It also has an outdoor shower and a barbeque in a yard. The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.
