We are 30-45 minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day; 30 minutes from ABI Airport and Circuit of the Americas track.

The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out.
