Visit Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park from a Charming Cabin

Be steeped in the rustic splendor of this charming log cabin boasting smart furnishings and enchanting decor all enveloped in knotty hardwood paneling and exposed beams. After hitting the nearby Rocky Mountain National Park attractions or historic mountain towns, cozy up beside a stone fireplace with a cup of tea. This authentic log cabin, built in the 20's, remodeled in the 50's, has all the fun of a cabin with all the comforts of a modern home. With original 50's decor and furniture, except for the new beds, mattresses and bedding, you'll feel you've stepped back in time! Build puzzles by the fire, watch the snow fall from bed, and enjoy the peace and wildlife of the Rocky Mountains! I am about an hour away but can come to the cabin if I'm needed. Nestled among pines, the cabin is set at the base of Mount Meeker. It's a 5-minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. A short walk away is a seasonal lodge that’s open from May to September which offers horseback riding and a convenience store. The sofa bed in the living room is a full, the sofa bed in the den is a queen.

This cozy cabin is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love your stay because of the the views, high ceilings, privacy and the location. The cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids) There are TVs with cable in the bedrooms and living room, a hot tub to soak in and enjoy how close the stars shine.
