Ti piacerà per gli esterni ricchi di zone relax ,cucina esterna salotto solarium e vasca idromassaggio,ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell’appartamento e per la vista sulla baia di Fetovaia, che si può godere in assoluta tranquillità. Inoltre la casa è arredata con cura ed equipaggiata di ogni comodità. L'alloggio è adatto a compagnie , coppie e a famiglie con figli non più in tenera età

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
