Super ruhig, außer wenn der Poolreiniger tagsüber immer wieder stundenlang läuft. Das ist zu laut, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Im Bad sollte man eine andere Lösung finden, da das Wasser der offenen Dusche sich fast im ganzen Badezimmer verteilt und auch unter der Duschwand rausläuft. Sind nur Schönheitsfehler. Ansonsten wahnsinnig entspannend, top Gastgeber und alles da, was man braucht. Danke für den schönen entspannten Aufenthalt

הזמנו את המקום מהרגע להרגע בגלל תקלה במקום המגורים שהזמנו מראש. קריסטין היתה זמינה וסופר אדיבה למרות התיזמון הלא מוצלח. הבית היה מוכן עבורנו כעבור זמן קצר. היינו אסירי תודה על כך. המיקום של הדירה סמוך למרכז העיירה הנהדרת אפיטוס. הבית נעים מאד והתאים למשפחה שלנו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה. מומלץ ביותר!!!

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

The location of the apartment was great. Just a block away from the center square, but private enough to relax. The third floor balcony was great and the location made it easy to access the beach. Anna and Ioannis were very helpful and responsive to questions very quickly

Wir waren 4 Tage in Makis Nest und waren sehr begeistert! Netter Gastgeber. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, schön und sauber. Der Ausflug mit dem Boot zur nahegelegenen Blue Lagoon war der absolute Hammer. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesichtet. Gerne wieder!

Bardzo dobrze położony apartament, blisko sklepu i drogi głównej, a jednocześnie kilkaset metrów do plaży. Czysty i chłodny w upalne dni. Cisza I dwa tarasy. Dobrze wyposażony w przybory kuchenne.

Αξιαγάπητο περιβάλλον, καταπληκτικοί οικοδεσπότες και υπέροχη εμπειρία. Άριστη σχέση μπατζετ και παροχών. Εάν ποτέ βρεθώ ξανά στη Χαλκιδική θα το προτιμήσω!

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

Όλα ειταν τέλια το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης ειταν απσωγος. Περάσαμε τέλεια. Θα το ξανπροτημουσα στο μέλλον.

We chose this place because we needed a family holiday to relax after going through some medical treatment in Thessaloniki. It exceeded my expectations! It had beautiful surroundings, it was a calm place & away from the crowds. The complex of apartments was lovely. My 2 year old loved the garden, the playground and all the toys available for the kids to play with, including beach toys. There were plenty of chairs and sofas around the garden to chill, and little cute features like decorated fountains or little sculptures all round. This made it even easier to relax. Our terrace was perfect too with sea view over the mountains and sun pretty much all day. Mosquitoes weren’t as bad as some people have written, but we had citronella burners in the terraces and it was totally fine. George and his mum were absolute stars and helped us out with every query we had. I must say that what makes this place so perfect is the proximity to stunning beaches that are walking distance.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Great host, wonderful location! We didn’t miss anything for a great holiday, even very good weather and water for a daily beach time in April !

Nicitac and father Angelos are really super hosts - warm and kind, they greet us with wine, fruits and swits for the kids and also were very responsive to all our requests. The place itself was very clean and equiped with everything we needed, the main balcony is very big with perfect sea and sunset view. There is a shared terace bellow the apprtment with barbeque equiped with everything needed. The location - is very quit and close to the center and also few minutes drive from the beach.
