La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. La casa se encuentra muy cercana al pueblo de Xaló (puedes ir andando) pero a la misma vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de la montaña.
