APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF MADRID.

Great Floor located in the Center of Madrid, in pedestrian street from the Park of Retiro up to the Royal Palace. In the Neighborhood of the Letters, a neighborhood classic and full of captivation where there lived the best Spanish writers (Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Quevedo,etc.). Surrounded with the Museums, Coffees, Restaurants and Shops. Strategically placed to visit the city. Very well communicated by Underground, Bus and Train to move to other zones of Madrid and to near cities (Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, etc.)

Consta de 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas individuales. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad.Situado cerca del metro y con paradas de autobús a la Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Gran Vía, Retiro, Wizin, IFEMA, etc. En coche estás a 10 minutos del aeropuerto.Tienes todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable.Hay cuna y bañera de bebé.El cuarto de baño tiene ducha amplia y la cocina es única, te sentirás como en tu propio hogar.

At Home in Madrid I, Centro, Prado, Barrio Letras

Best location, right in the heart of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. You will love the apartment and our location!

Comfortable apartment with Parking

Very confy apartment with parking spot located in a very good residential area perfectly connected by Metro and Train with central Madrid (19 minutes to Sol Station in historical center) The apartment is perfect to host families, group of friends and couples travelling by car and they want to stay in a comfortable place located in a peaceful neighborhood with gym, swimming pool (mid June to mid Sept) and Paddle.

Our flat is located in a central Madrid area, in front of Hotel NH Ventas with the best communication routes in public transport. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped to make your stay happy and comfy. Our flat decor is relaxing and open, full of light. Our neighborhood is not a noisy area, and has many green areas, coffee houses, grocery stores, and traditional shops and markets.
