We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a great location for skiing at Palisades only 10-20mins drive and is also close to restaurants in the Tahoe city. It’s spacious, warm, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, making meal prep easy. The WiFi is fast, and the hot water supply is excellent, making showers very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. Also super easy to check in and out. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’d love to come back!

We visited UC Davis and this was a great stay! Very modern and I liked the high ceilings! The neighborhood was super quiet.

Loved staying in Grass Valley and just being amidst the pines. Very quiet neighborhood. Space was clean. Host was attentive when we mentioned an issue with the dishwasher. Hot tub was a nice add!

I would highly recommend this airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished with lots to do, and i regret not being able to spend an afternoon enjoying the property. Walmart and Costco are a two minute drive away yet the home feels very private and comfortable. We also greatly appreciated the accessibility options. The hosts are also very responsive to questions in a timely manner, and its clear why they have so many kind notes in their guest book. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked with tools.

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

If your looking for a cute quant place right in the middle of Sacramento this is a great place I went to lobby and it was about 15 min walking to the capital and so many cute coffee shops and restaurants all around. It was great for vacation or for work.

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue.
