A 4 bedroom 2 bath 2,400 Sf. home with with spacious rooms, 4 bedrooms 2 have their closet, kitchen is well equipped with cooking ware, both full bathrooms have an Electric 40 gallon water heater, with a water pum supply, for none stop water, it has a 6 thousand gallon water storage for plenty of water, There is a fireplace & a fire pit at the front with a 32” charcoal grill, And a large front yard for kids to play, 75” Smart TV & 55” in bedroom a 10X30 Terrace Ocean view There’s a Guard Dog
