El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Otros servicios: parking privado (bajo petición previa) ... 20€ dia ¡Ven… a disfrutar! Tendrá acceso a todo el apartamento . El apartamento tiene un precio base para 4 personas. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. The flat has a generous space of 160m2 boasting 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge living room. It has a capacity for up to 8 people. The gallery and 2 balconies are not to be missed! This cozy apartment includes Wi-Fi, cable/smart TV, and AC. The apartment has a spacious living and dining rooms full of light with a lovely view of Barcelona, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The decoration is modern with an antique touch and is a cozy place to call your temporary home. The apartment is Primero-2. All the apartment is yours! The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin. FYI: One of the bedrooms has a fan, instead of an AC split.
