(Sub)urban retreat

A light, green, urban sanctuary. Truly unique. This home is a beautiful space to recharge and relax, a base to explore the city. The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

Modern Gem in Parkhurst with Solar Power

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Cottage@45A is situated on a pretty plane-tree framed road in Parktown North. You will be warmly welcomed to this fully-furnished, self-contained unit with its three rooms , separate entrance and private living area. Parktown Quarter shopping centre is an easy walk around the corner where you can grab a cappuccino, shop at the Woolworths Food, or have a vibey dinner at one of several top-rated restaurants. The cottage is close to the Rosebank Mall and Rosebank Gautrain station (1.5Kms)

The Poppyseed

The Poppyseed is a comfortable home from home in the beautiful suburb of Saxonwold. Solar panels and inverter minimises the effects of power outages. A spacious, open plan living area off the kitchen has large windows looking into the trees and spectacular Jacarandas in late October. Sitting on the patio allows for enjoying the beautiful Johanesburg sunsets. The spacious apartment is furnished and fitted for your comfort and convenience. Full suite DSTV and high speed WiFi are provided.

Quiet and convenient for business & holiday guests. Within 1 Km of the Rosebank business, retail and entertainment precincts . Adjacent facilities; international cricket stadium, local parks, the Gautrain metro rail station (serving Sandton, OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg and Pretoria city centres and tourist attractions). This wide proximity contrasts with the accommodation that is in a quiet and leafy residential suburb. Backup for power and water supply.

Solar, private garden, water backup, 1BR cottage

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, garden, off street parking and is very private with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space. Comes with 100 MB fibre. Please feel free to contact us for more info. Please note that the accommodation is not pet friendly.

My apartment is situated in Hyde Park, an upmarket suburb in Johannesburg, offering easy access to some of the best the city has to offer. The complex offers entrance security, 1 parking bay and visitor's parking, a gym, pool and a coffee shop. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a upmarket complex with lift access. Whether travelling alone, as a couple or for business, my unit will meet all your requirements. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
