The local transit is one block away. Please note: Unit has a pick-a-boo water views from the front door, and is on top 3rd floor REQUIRING 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS - NO elevator. NO PETS.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Location, location, location! Retreat to this updated one-bedroom condo with an ensuite bath and ocean views, right in the heart of downtown Edmonds. Walk to everything — the beach, ferry, restaurants, shops, galleries, and transit are all just steps away. This top-floor unit features quartz countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, cable, smart TVs with active subscriptions, and keyless entry. Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.
