Walk to the City Centre from a Charming Flat

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. There are also a number of appliances including a blender. There's a walk in closet in the bedroom and lounge, so whether you're 2 or 4 people staying here, you can easily store your things out of sight. You'll be close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Walking to the main festival venues, Edinburgh castle, or the Old Town will take you about 10 to 20 minutes. As this listing is for the 'entire property', you have access to everything in the flat. We will either meet guests on arrival or use the keybox located just outside the front door. The Kings Theatre is a stone's throw away, as are cinemas, great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For golfers, there's also an amazing 36-hole city centre pitch and putt just around the corner. About 10 different local bus routes can take you anywhere you want to go, but i would recommend walking as everything is so close. Alternatively, you always have cabs (Black cabs / mini cabs or Uber).

Steps off the Royal Mile, comfortable 2 bed flat

The apartment is very central and safe, just steps off the Royal Mile within the Old Fishmarket by St Giles cathedral. Just 5 minutes walk to top attractions such as the Museum of Scotland, the National Gallery, Festival theatre and the Castle. Waverley station, the Meadows , George Street and the New Town beyond are easy walks away too. Great for sightseers, old and young and is NOT a party flat. My family use the apartment when working in Edinburgh and so it is more a second home than a hotel.

The Mews Stables, a studio in Edinburgh's West End

Compact studio room created from a former mews stables with living, sleeping and kitchen areas in one space, close to Haymarket Station and the airport tram. Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

New Town 1 Bedroom Ground Floor Flat

Lovely one bedroom ground floor flat in central location with quiet bedroom to rear. This flat is very accessible in terms of there being no stairs. Set next door to the trendy, bustling Stockbridge area but also a 5 minute drive to the main train station, Waverley Station, it is in the perfect position for exploring. We are surrounded by great amenities and supermarkets. There are amazing restaurants, wine bars, pubs and cafes all within 1-5 minute walk away.

Fabulous 1 bedroom apartment, luxurious standard, in the very best location. Newly renovated and with views directly onto historic James Court on the Royal Mile. All modern conveniences. Designer fabrics, wallpapers, free wifi, internet tv. Secure entry. Cosy & comfortable. 200 yards from Edinburgh Castle. Please note this apartment has excellent views and is very peaceful at night. This apartment is on the 4th floor and access is by stairs.

Gorgeous central apartment on Holyrood Park

This beautiful apartment is located on the stunning Holyrood Park, and is a 5-minute walk from Holyrood Palace, The Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile. It is situated on a very quiet residential street with good local amenities close to supermarkets, and with an excellent transport service moments away. The building backs onto the park and boasts breath-taking views of Arthurs Seat and the Salisbury Crags.
