Arriving from Waverley Train Station and walking to the house is relatively easy. There is a tram stop at York Place at the top of Broughton Street with a direct connection to the Airport. Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.
