The Azalea Cottage

Welcome home to this peaceful cottage just walking distance to downtown Aiken, Aiken Polo Club grounds, and Bruce’s Field. One bedroom, personal washer/dryer and kitchen. Cozy living room with 55” smart TV. Bring your Firestick or use the log-in to access your fav tv shows! The cottage is private - no shared doors/entrances. It is 650 sq ft. Monthly maintenance conducted during 30+ day stays. Stays are higher in July. We will reduce overall cost to approx. $2,100 for 30+ days. Send us a note!

Cozy cottage near historic downtown Aiken

Walk to charming downtown Aiken from this private and peaceful cottage. Centrally located, it is less than a 10 minute drive to Bruce’s Field and Highfields Event Center. Aiken Golf Club is also just around the corner. Every detail has been provided for your comfort and convenience, including Wi-Fi, smart TV with remote, spices, teas, coffee and creamers, luxury shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, body wash, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, luxurious bedding, towels, bath robes and much more!

Custom designed spaces & furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances. Hotel linens and a spa style bathroom. 1 queen bedroom. Wifi, privacy & luxury. Perfect to get away & relax. We're 1.5 miles to downtown, 1 mile from major shopping/grocery. Walk to horse show grounds/polo/hitchcock woods. 30min to Masters.

Horse District Estate near Hitchcock Woods

Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.

Available for short term rentals. New appliances, secluded & private on 9+ acres; sleeps 2, DIRECTV with HBO & WIFI, access to swimming pool & wooded walking/riding/driving trails. 2 stalls with turnout available short term with apartment.

Quiet country place only 15 minutes from Augusta

Enjoy the peacefulness of the county close to town. The apartment has an equestrian style and is a comfortable hideaway. You can relax and see the stars or cookout on the covered front area. It is a tranquil getaway. If you need a stall for your horse, ask me about those fees. Also note there is limited cellphone coverage because you are at the back of the property so you will need to use the WiFi for calls or internet. No pets and no childern.

Downtown Aiken cottage 1.6 miles to Bruce's Field

Beautiful little guest cottage with cathedral ceiling & tons of light & character. Ideally located between the infamous So. Boundary Ave. where the Live Oaks create an incredible canopy and the historic Colleton Ave. Cottage has exposed wood beams, butcher block counters, tiled bathroom, and a soft leather couch & new tempurpedic mattress with quality bedding/towels/linens to make your stay more comfortable.
