Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Private Room with Ocean View in B&B - Room 310

High at the top of the house, nestled off to the side of the third floor is room three hundred ten. Cozy, with a high rise queen bed and a magnificent view from the bedroom and bath. Accommodates two guests. The room includes 1 queen bed, a mini fridge, TV, and full private bathroom. Free WiFi, full breakfast, and one parking space are also included. Our parking is very limited, so we ask that you please plan accordingly. It is located on the third floor of the inn without an elevator.

Porch Room 1 queen bed

The Porch Room has a queen bed and private shower room and half bath located next door to the room in the hallway. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the wrap around porch. The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

Treehouse Lodge, Canopy style rooms

This beautiful modern meets classic style property is a 10-minute walk from the beach and ferry to Martha's Vineyard in Woods Hole. Free private parking and free WiFi is available on site. Quick walk to the beach, several restaurants, and most science facilities. Guests can enjoy various activities in the area, including windsurfing, fishing and traveling to Martha's Vineyard. *Note to bookers- We are located on the mainland where you get the ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard*
