Elegant Waterfront Apartment on Eden Island

Tie up at the private marina berth of this luxury property before heading out on the buggy to explore. Stop off at the private beaches and pools en route. If you want to stay fit then you’ll enjoy the residents’ gym, tennis court and running and cycling paths on Eden Island. Back inside, freshen up in the twin-vanity bathroom before a drink on the balcony overlooking the main Eden Island marina complete with super yachts. Sleep in comfort in our beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms (one king bed the other with twin beds). Our apartment has stunning views over the water to the mountains of Mahe. 14 Hibiscus has one of the best apartment views on Eden Island. Waterfronting, it overlooks the main marina and over water back towards the mountains of Mahe. As it is on the first floor it is safer for families with young children than ground floor properties as all properties are beside water. This also gives better views. The entire apartment is yours. I'm happy to organize a taxi for the airport if required. I have also organized discounts on boat hire (manned or unmanned) if you would like me to. If you need any assistance in terms of holiday plans or places to visit please don't hesitate to ask. Sunbathe on the four private beaches and stroll amongst the island's lush vegetation, looking over the ocean to the mountains of Mahe. Play tennis, work out at the gym or visit cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars, and browse high-end boutiques, all without leaving the island. If you want to travel further afield you’ve got the very best base to explore. Boat trips depart directly from Eden Island for Sainte Anne Marine National Park or the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue. The apartment is very close to the main hub of Eden Island with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Eden Island is close to both the airport and the capital of the Seychelles, Victoria.

Beautiful 2 bedroom Garden Apartment B5-3

A beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large patio and lush private garden, facing north-east on Eden Marina Basin 5. Great privacy on the widest marina. Large flat screen TV, satellite service and WiFi included. AC throughout, with fans in all rooms and the patio. The patio has aluminium shutters. Enjoy your meals inside or on the patio. Access to the nearny gym, padel courts, tennis court, pools and beaches. Price includes the Seychelles Sustainable Tourism Levy for all guests.

Beautiful, simple and cosy self-catering apartment with great sea view - open plan kitchen/sitting and sleeping area with separate bathroom and large terrace. It is located near the stunning Anse Royale beach in the south-east of Mahe, Seychelles, sleeps 3. Island style building - terrace doors open fully, wooden doors and windows, high ceilings, natural ventilation and A/C. The apartment is equipped with everything you need during your stay but no daily cleaning service or towel/linen change.

A Luxury ground floor apartment centrally situated on Eden Island close to all amenities .We are listed on the authorized places to stay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms, both with ensuite shower and separate toilet. Air conditioned throughout and a private garden. Private golf cart included Access to 4 beaches, Gym, tennis court, and swimming pools. (Close to the apartment) A nearby shopping plaza includes- Medical clinic, Chemist, Bars, Restaurants, Marine sporting activities are available

2 Bed Apartment with Balcony overlooking Marina

Welcome to our stunning 2 bed apartment at Eden Island in the beautiful Seychelles. Overlooking the marina and with stunning views of Mahe the apartment comes with all mod cons including a personal golf cart, full air con, cable TV, unlimited WiFi (please note broadband speed in the Seychelles can be inconsistent), washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Eden Island is located conveniently only 15 minutes from the airport and is close to Victoria the Seychelles capital.

Ocean Vista is a family-owned, spacious, ground floor, 1 bed-roomed, self-catering apartment in a beautiful and peaceful setting, surrounded by tropical plants and with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. The apartment consists of a spacious lounge leading onto a large veranda; a fully equipped kitchen /dining area. On the outside there are gardens, a patio area, a rotary clothes line and plenty of space for car parking.

Bigarade Suite by Simply-Seychelles

Stunning 1st floor apartment set in a mature and tranquil setting on Eden Island. The apartment features an ensuite king bedroom, open plan Miele kitchen and a spacious living area leading out to a covered terrace with the Mahe mountains in the background. Satellite TV, WIFI, Weber BBQ and golf cart are all included. A great choice for a comfortable and peaceful holiday.

EDEN ISLAND - Luxury 3 bedroom apartment

Eden Island is one of the best lacations in Seychelles. It is private island, accesible only to guests. There are no cars on the island, only golf carts. One is included in accomodation. The island has complete amenities including a shopping center, resaturations and bars. The apartment is fully equipped, with a large terrace and 2 balconies with beautiful views.
