This is a newly renovated 1 bed room house with a full kitchen and coffee set up. There’s a brand new washer and dryer with detergent available. It has a 65 inch TV with surround sound. There’s a queen size bed and a hide away couch for sleeping arrangements. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-March 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.

Brick Haven Villa-No pets

This is an older home that has been remodeled/partially renovated. Not perfect but cozy. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!
