Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor, excelente para estar en el centro de la ciudad y poder visitar, con las actividades extra que vale la pena echar un vistazo. Muy bonito

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant time. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk to the historic center. The house is spacious with a barbecue equipped garden, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The host is very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who are visiting Cuenca!

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

la verdad e saque siempre voy a Cuenca porque la familia de esposa y ella son de allá, el depar estuvo increíble, la zona es perfecta! tienes todo cerca y si viajas en busetas o algo estás a 5 o 7 minutos caminando, Christian se portó increíble! la privacidad y la tranquilidad fue perfecto! para llegar de cualquier lado esta pero al pelo!

Gracias Christian, fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre dispuesto a resolver toda duda y flexible en algunas peticiones que le hice. Volvería sin dudarlo allí.

We booked there only for one night but it deserves for staying for more days taking advantage of the accommodation and the activities you could plan inside the area… recommended…

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

Un excelente lugar para descansar a menos de 10 min de Olin y Montañita. Totalmente seguro y cómodo, la vista al mar muy relajante. Yesenia muy atenta y amigable, excelente comunicación al momento de hacer la reserva. Volveré a ir sin duda.

This is probably the best if not one of the best condos in Manta. It’s near the main shopping center and beach. The place really has everything you need and it’s modernized as well. Will definitely book again

We stayed in Aaron and Alla’s apartment for a four-day trip to Cuenca and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location is right in the middle of the city and we walked everywhere as we explored. We arrived a little earlier than planned and Alla accommodated us and helped us get checked in. She graciously showed us around and even stopped by a little later with extra dish soap and trash bags. The linens were clean and smelled nice and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the milk, eggs, and croissant starters the next morning, too! For parking, Alla showed us a lot around the corner that had a reasonable price for overnight parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts had every detail covered. They had toys for the little ones, an air mattress for our youngest, a high chair, stroller, fire stick, and laundry soap. Five stars EASY! Thank you!

Muy bonito departamento, impecable , elegante y cómodo. La vista y la ubicación son excelentes, sobrepasó mis expectativas, realmente vale lo que se paga por el alojamiento.
