The hosts were great. Very considerate and allowed for early check in. The family was very comfortable there for 3 weeks with WiFi that was strong, working kitchen and hot water in the bathrooms. It was easy to access everything near by, by walking and felt very safe as well.

The place was clean and comfortable in a good location I wouldn’t say it was best for long stays because of the lack of utensils but that’s because I was with a baby if it was me and a partner it would be perfect … the host was amazing she met me on two occasions at the drop of a hat and gave me my first ride on a scooter she was very friendly and supportive I wouldn’t say book again thank you

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. It was clean and very well located in the centre of Hanoi. Kim was very friendly and always responded promptly.

We spent three weeks in Vietnam and I think it’s fair to say this was one of our favorite spots! Charming, very well described, quiet in the middle of an extremely busy neighborhood, and walking through the long tunnel before the house is safe and completely unforgettable! May was a great host, extremely helpful and she did an excellent job of describing how to find and get into the house. I highly recommend reading through all these very helpful reviews, they really gave me a sense of the neighborhood and the safety of the tunnel! The spot really is a cozy refuge!

Great stay at Ficussuites. Slightly disappointing communication from Cathy who is an agent for this place (i.e never met her) but the staff and place there is great so would recommend
