We do have a fan for sleeping but if you like your space quiet this may not be the right stay for you!

This is an older home, built in the 1880s! It is not remodeled, so the fixtures and finishes are old. We have decorated it, but please be aware that this is not a luxury apartment.

It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a private patio. We have a gas grill available upon request.
