Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

This was the first time we stayed at the nest & it won't be the last! absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We Was greeted on our arrival & shown how to operate the the hot tub, We planned to stay for our anniversary and the extreme lengths they pulled together to make our weekend extra special was something we have never had done for us before, Champagne, anniversary card, Huge light up balloon arch & home made gin from their fruit garden! the place was absolutly spotless & the weekend was just so relaxing! we was recommended by a friend who had stayed here & we are already looking at dates to book again! very responsive hosts they went above and beyond to make our weekend special, We even got showed around "The Snug" & it was just as beautiful as the nest. An amazing stay! Gorgeous huge house with fab facilities, fun for all the family! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, game machine and pool table etc. Was welcomed with a lovely hamper and welcome message. Walking distance to beach, great location would 100% recommend x

We had a 3 night stay as 2 families with small children. House was great, big space, great outdoor areas. The venue is clearly geared towards large parties, stag or hen perhaps which it is perfect for. For us as a young family it was a great base to use whilst exploring nearby York. Plenty to keep children entertained at the house. A great stay for our getaway

We had a lovely stay at Potts house. The rooms were very clean,comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed walking to the shops and the seafront. The added welcome basket was very nice. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will recommend.

Rachel is a fantastic host, giving clear instructions on how to access the house. Rachel made some fantastic recommendations on where we could go to eat that was dog friendly, both the Green Dragon and the Fox and Coney were amazing good food at reasonable prices. The hot tub was a brilliant bonus to help celebrate my mum's birthday. My young collie loved the miles of horse tracks to walk round. We were lucky enough to see 5 deer and a red kite. so peaceful yet not too far away from town.

Amazing stay at the Patridge for our engagement! The welcome pack with all the Yorkshire goodies was a lovely gesture! The cottage was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Great location we got the Park and Ride into York which was great saved us lots on parking! Hot tub was a lovely little extra! Highly recommend Becky was very helpful and was nice to know she was close by should we need anything. Thankyou we will definitelt be returning!

We had a brilliant stay in Hemingbrough. The house was spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a relaxing break. The welcome gift of scones was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again would not hesitate to stay here.

Exactly what was advertised we got. Beautiful lodge, clean and cosy! A lovely from home. The hot tub was amazing and the surroundings were sound peaceful. Will definitely be coming back and 100% recommend for a breakaway

Great place, equipped with everything you could need. wood provided and firelighters and matches provided for log burner. sheep right outside the decking. set on the back of an equestrian type farm place, nice and quiet. we walked to the white swan, about 15mins, great food. Rail Trail nearby was a nice walk. hot tub was great, press and hold the right hand button to adjust the temp, took us a day to figure that out, and the first button on left adjusts the bubbles. there was individual jams and butters in the fridge, prosecco, crisps and biscuits, tea coffee sugar and 2pints of milk provided. it wasn't immediately obvious how to turn on the towel radiator in the bathroom, but there's a tiny switch on the bottom right. shower was OK did the job, but kinda what you expect from an electric shower. The postcode didn't take us right to the place but if you just keep going along the same road you will get to the gate to the farm. 100% recommend, would stay again.

Great stay at the Lookout Lodge! Jo was always on hand to provide help and the facilities have everything you need. Brilliant views and a relaxing time had! Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Absolutely amazing stay! The lodge is beautiful and you have everything you could need and more! The lodge was spotlessly clean! The views were incredible and the hot tub was fantastic! Enjoyed every minute, can’t wait to go back!

Just returned from a lovely weekend in the lodge. The lodge was very cosy, lovely log burner. Private and peaceful location. All amenities provided. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed in The Ivy Cabin with my girlfriend for her birthday, and it was the perfect escape. The cabin was exactly as described—warm, cozy, and the perfect place to relax. The hot tub was fantastic, especially with the fairy lights creating a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere. Laura, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond by offering us a more private cabin for the same price, which made the experience even better. Check-in was simple and flexible, so it was stress-free from the start. The Wi-Fi was great too, which was a nice bonus. The whole stay was peaceful and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!
