Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with tasteful, clean decor throughout. Impressive chef's dream kitchen with state of the art V-Zug appliances, a secured 2 car garage & a lovely alfresco balcony overlooking fruit trees & the Swan river. Public transport only a 2-3 minute walk, have fun in the city (about 10 mins away), then come home to tranquil Como, have a drink & watch the most amazing sunsets over the river. Best of both worlds! Two courtyards downstairs, one with an outdoor lounge area and bbq, the other terrace (with an Olive Tree) with table and chairs for two.
