This ground floor apartment is one of the historic properties on Cellardyke harbour, and has been sympathetically refurbished and decorated in keeping with its age. Modern ground floor apartment, 15 minutes drive from St Andrews and Kingsbarns. 10 minutes from Crail, which is perfect if you attending a wedding at The Cow Shed. Tee times can be booked in advance for Crail . With a myriad of local attractions, award winning beaches, stunning views, coastal walks, ornithology, great local restaurants. As well as being only a 90 minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh, options for train travel/park and ride for the Fringe festival and the Christmas Market.

Once Upon a Tide luxury flat is on the ground floor, all on the one level, and has a main entrance as well as access from the kitchen to the back garden. It is in a quiet street with ample parking and only a few minutes walk to the beach and golf courses. The property is decorated to a very high standard and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There is an immaculate shared back garden as well as private space at front of the flat where you can enjoy the sun.

Crail Residence Apartment

A gorgeous ground-floor apartment, in the heart of the Crail, a traditional fishing village. Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. There is underfloor heating throughout and a cosy log fire! The bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite shower-room. The sitting room has a sofa-bed which sleeps 2 more guests. There is also a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge with freezer shelf, dishwasher and washing machine . There is a small outdoor seating area to the front.

Dr Kennedys has been formed from the Village Drs Surgery. Period features antique furniture, original artworks and modern appliances feature in this newly renovated apartment. The Waiting Room is now a spacious kitchen/dining and sitting room. The 2 bedrooms both have ensuite facitlities (1 shower room, 1 small bath with shower over) The Private garden has seating, bbq and fire pit. Off street parking for 2 cars. Well behaved pets welcome. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. As a former show home the property benefits from quality wallpaper decoration and furnishings throughout. The Neuk Apartment is well located to take advantage of the many golf courses, historical coastal villages as well as award winning beaches and eateries.

Doodles Den

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

Harbour's Edge, Fantastic Sea Views.

Our beautifully renovated, Grade B listed, stunning 2 bedroom , second floor flat overlooks Anstruther harbour. Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews Home of Golf. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)
