Relaxing in the beautiful bathtub, sitting on the upstairs deck, cooking in a gormet kitchen, are just some of this family-friendly home's many luxurious touches. Strictly enforced, 2 parking spots in the garage, and 2 parking spots in front of the house is what this property can accommodate. We expect the number of guests in the booking to be the number of guests allowed in the house, unless approved before your stay. This property cannot accommodate more than 8 guests at any given time. We have had issues in the past where people wanted to host receptions or just throw a party, and it got out of hand. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!
