Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with the essentials plus lots of extras. The hosts were kind and communicative. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, especially for the price.

Gabe was a very proactive and responsive host. His home was beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located in the historic Cooper-Young District of Memphis. We had a wonderful stay!

Corey and Julie are very kind, generous, sweet and caring. Words cannot express our gratitude and thankfulness for everything they did for our family on this trip. The house was very nice and had everything we needed to feel right at home - super fun game room:) We were close to so many great restaurants and wonderful places to visit. You can be at the zoo, botanical gardens, children's museum, parks and great restaurants within a very short drive or just around the corner. Corey and Julie - you know what all did for us and just want to take the time to - THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. You will truly be blessed to stay with Corey and Julie.

We enjoyed our stay here for many reasons. It indeed is in a convenient place to get around town. We enjoyed going to the Botanical Gardens and seeing the six Dambo trolls that are there until the end of May. We hiked in Overton and TO Fuller parks, enjoyed the Peabody ducks, and the music on Beale Street. We were disappointed that the Shelby Farms park was flooded, but it was the only place that retained the recent flood waters. The neighborhood feels safe… which was very important to us. The house is older but is kept in good shape. The back yard is nice and mostly private. We wished that we had brought a frisbee and a bocce ball set as the yard was perfect for that.

This was perfect. Each bedroom had a private bath, big screen tvs, it was comfortable and stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. This is my favorite so far.

Our family of 7 adults and 1 newborn were more than pleased with our stay here. The pictures of the home are 100% accurate, Allison was great with communication, all the major attractions are within a short drive, and we felt at home during the stay. Highly recommend anyone staying in Memphis to consider this home.

Was the third AirBNB we stayed in over a few years as we visit family, and this one was most suitable for us. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood.

I really enjoyed the ice cold water and snacks that Amonzo left available to us after a long time on the road.

All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

We had a great stay at Julie's place. It felt very homey, had lots of space for a group of people and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The balcony was a great spot to relax with your morning coffee and overlook the neighborhood. Julie was very attentive to our comfort and needs during our stay and would respond to any messages within minutes and was very flexible with our changing checkout time.

In a world of lies and deception, Mark represents good old fashioned integrity and truth. Everything is exactly as described. All air bnb owners should look to Mark as a role model. Best air bnb experience ever for us. Amazing everything. 👍🏼

We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.
