Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the heart of East Memphis, we have 1.5 acre gated enclave with beautiful, vast Asian gardens and a large pool. This 70 yo mid century pool house is a stand alone building with one large room with a queen sized sofa bed and a very comfortable Murphy bed and 2 complete bathrooms each with their own twin sofa bed, and a kitchenette complete with an ice maker so you will have plenty of cool drinks for around the pool. Because of COVID we have added UV lights in the HVAC system.
