We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood right by a peaceful waterway—such a lovely spot to wake up to. Getting into the city was super easy; we hopped on public transit and were at the Royal Mile and the castle in no time. It was great to have that balance of being close to all the sights but still able to come back to a calm, cozy space at the end of the day. Communication with the host was great too—quick and helpful, which made everything really smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Ricky's place is a lovely, quiet little apartment in an old, character-filled, converted 18th century warehouse building overlooking the Water of Leith. The area is lively with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice walking area. The apartment is stylishly fitted out. It is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. We loved that it is centrally located and an easy drive to Edinburgh for sightseeing. Good car parking too. Ricky was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this stay!

Jean's apartment was a lovely place to stay for a chilled and relaxed break away. The East Neuk is a beautiful area of Scotland and Jean's apartment showcased Pittenweem very well: great sea views from the kitchen, the living room (both seating areas), and from one of the bedrooms. The apartment features a good kitchen (well equipped) and some cute furnishing throughout. Clean and comfortable, with great communication from Jean. Would book again in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful stay at Jane's. We felt cosy and relaxed , and loved hearing the sound of the waves in the morning. The place was spotlessly clean, felt fresh and light. The garden is a total delight. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

What a great weekend we had at Jon's place! An amazing location. The town walls are fantastic to walk along. Jon is the best AirBnB host I've had. He was friendly and so helpful and welcoming. The house is great. Especially the amazing games table in the lounge. The whole family had lots of fun.

One of our favourite properties we have ever stayed in from Air B and B. The lodge was very cosy with beautiful views particularly from the kitchen and sitting room, of the sea on one side and open fields on other. Great location also- just yards outside was the door was the choice of beautiful cliff walk or Coldingham Sands beach. Kitchen is also very well equipped, although due to the position of the lighting was a little dark when it trying to preparing food as you end blocking the light with your back. Bed and sofa very comfy! Only difficulty was that we struggled to work the shower in bedroom but we’re able to use the one over the bath in the main bathroom so wasn’t really a problem Would love to visit again and will be recommending to others!

My family had an absolutely amazing long weekend at Charles’ home. Kenneth supported a very smooth check-in and was super friendly and responsive. I really appreciated that the hosts were very responsive and also transparent about the feasibility of staying in their home with a baby. The home itself was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful kitchen, and was very peaceful to relax while watching the river flow by. We will be back!

I have just returned from a 3 night stay in Anstruther over Hogmanay . we were a party of 2 couples and found the house to be a good size for us. As other viewers have said the bedrooms being on different floors affords a good degree of privacy. 2 of the bedrooms have lovely sea views. The living area is comfortable and cozy but might be a bit of a squeeze for 6 adults. the location is excellent for the fife coastal walk and there are plenty of good local pubs and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the tall ship with the only proviso that the many stairs would make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely little cottage to enjoy the beautiful North Queensferry. The house is beautifully presented and really feels homely and welcoming. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathroom was spotless. Will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at this slice of heaven with some friends and it was the most charming and beautiful cottage. Plenty of space for us and in a beautiful location of St Abbs. Debs was so helpful and has decorated the cottage so beautifully you feel straight at home. It really is the most charming place and was great weekend gateway.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and well-kept everything was. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The coziness of this place was truly exceptional. The decor was charming and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Maria was incredibly hospitable and responsive.

This is a gorgeous, spacious flat. The layout and design made me feel right at home, and I was truly impressed by the well stocked kitchen. The views are also unmatched, with every window showing a different glimpse of Edinburgh. I enjoyed looking out at the Firth of Forth each morning while drinking my morning coffee. I also loved how peaceful it felt here. The flat is slightly outside of the city center, but not so far away that you can’t walk to Edinburgh’s main attractions (and the walking paths near the flat are great!). Anita is also very kind, proactive, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay. Comfortable & cosy & all you need is in the flat. If you can’t manage stairs with bags this is not the place for you however, we were aware of this from other reviews. Good access to buses to get into town. Parked at the local 24 hour Fountain car park which is a 10 minute walk away. Definitely recommend

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was spotlessly clean in all areas, lovely quality of bedding and super comfortable beds. The kitchen has all utensils, cutlery and cookware provided. You will not be disappointed with this property.

It was our first stop on our trip to Scotland and this stay set a really high bar! The accommodations were superb and the views of theFirth of Fourth was spectacular. Loved the short walk to restaurants when we returned from Edinburgh each day. The train stop at Dalmeny was so convenient to our location. If I return I will certainly rebook here!

We had a great stay in Edinburgh, the property was perfect. Great location by the sea and a minutes walk from the bus stop for Edinburgh which took about half an hour. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Jon and Lindsey’s lovely flat was the perfect base for us to explore Culross from. It was very clean and cosy, with wonderful views from the kitchen/living room. Everything we could have needed was provided for us. Jon was extremely helpful and understanding when we had to cancel our original booking due to a storm. Communication throughout our stay was great, we would definitely return.
