Please note - This room is shared with another guest room and it is possible it could be occupied. A self-service breakfast of toast, cereal, spreads, etc. Tea, coffee, filtered water available anytime. Please note the only kitchen facility available is a microwave and toaster.

Bedroom with a slightly smaller than a double bed. Small room but well formed! There is a shared bathroom with one other guest room only. Breakfast of breads, cereals, spreads etc. available in dining room. Friendly place to stay whilst sight seeing in Edinburgh, East Lothian and surrounding areas or use as a base for Glasgow, Stirling, etc.
