Conveniently Located Self Contained Annex Suite. Cozy, Separate, 1 bedroom suite in our house in the Annex, perfect for a couple. Our guests comment how comfortable and private our suite is. Our serene and peaceful cabin is situated 15 min from town center where you will find supermarkets, the rec center, a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. In the Heart of Marda Loop # BL231402

Bright one bedroom basement suite with living area and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a sofa, a TV and a work space. We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds.

The 312 condo is a modern and comfortable two bed, two bath condo with a beautiful view from the balcony. There is a queen bed in the master and two bunk beds in the second bedroom.
