Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

My family stayed at Johanna's place for one night and everything was perfect. The check in process was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It's also worth noting that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

Alisa and Lena were excellent hosts and very welcoming! The place was perfect and thoughtfully organized. Everything is as described. Although upstairs you do have a lot of privacy and even a patio space to sit right outside your door. I hope to return when I’m back in town for business again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Easy accommodations ~15-20 min walk to Sag Harbor, apartment was as pictured, nice and clean with all the important accessories (umbrella, steamer, iron, etc.)

I enjoyed staying here. The area is beautiful and peaceful. It was a much needed getaway and mental reset. Janelle's directions were very straightforward. There are many local restaurant and shopping areas about 8-10 minutes from the house. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Overall I had a great experience and hope to stay there again in the future.

Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

This place was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by all there was to do in the area nearby and the house came stocked with everything we could’ve needed!

Spent the last week of the summer at this cute little cottage less than a block from the beach. The house is as described, looks like the pics, clean, stocked with amenities, and has a cute little outdoor deck area with a view of the water. Location is walkable to a few restaurants and creamery. Neighbors were so friendly; a really nice community. We really enjoyed our stay!

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. My cousins & I kept on saying, “If we could just win the lottery and buy this place! 😀 Thank you Cail, Jayne & Dylan for sharing this little piece of Paradise! 🤗

Jasons house was a perfect, comfortable stay for our group attending a wedding. It is a block from the water and gives you access to the private beach. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the space was clean.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

lovely 2 bedroom with gorgeous water views from two roomy terraces , nice to wake up to the breeze of the water and the unspoilt natural surroundings of the wild sound. Thomas was a great host and very responsive
