This apartment has a great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from Kaohsiung Arena Station. The owner is very hospitable and provides useful information. The surrounding area is convenient for purchasing food and daily necessities.

短期一個月，住得很舒適。 假日偶爾會遇到比較吵雜客人，但整體來說還是非常棒。房東不管處理事情，回應速度都非常快速。

房東好熱情，有問必答，而且我們不小心打翻了湯汁，也立馬幫我們換床單，下次來台南可以再來這裡住。

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

We really liked staying here. Location is great and the house was comfortable. Had an issue with some sewer smell getting into the house though.

Awesome place to stay with a larger group. My kids are 4.5 and 7 and we're totally fine with the stairs. Lots of great restaurants around the place, and being so close to the Confucius Business District was a plus. the hosts were super responsive and so helpful with their advice to us. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, nicely furnished rooms with antique furniture... lots of common area space and outdoor yards, which is a bit rare to find in Taiwan! Perfect for large groups or family reunion!

Amazing place as hidden gem with very traditional building style like stone stair. The balcony on 2nd floor is beautiful and the place I like most during the stay. However, it might need to be more transparent with indoor cameras in living rooms for both floor. It is understandable that they might be installed for safety purposes but it has privacy concerns especially it is not disclosed in property introduction nor instructions/information after booking. I would come back myself if I have a chance, but probably not with whole family due to privacy concerns.

Great stay in Tainan! We had a lovely time. Property was clean and matched the description and photos. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. Host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Jame's place for almost a month and it was a very wonderful stay! It has everthing we need and it is very homey and clean and it feels like our home in Tainan. James is very responsive and communicative and helps us a lot when we need service. He is such a friendly host and serves us with the great hospitality. This place has the great location. It is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets. We will definitely come back to stay here again if we come back to Tainan next time!

I don’t know what kind of sorcery went into choosing this mattress, but it was next-level comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud woven from the finest dreams. Nous avons vécu en colocation à trois pendant près de quatre mois dans cet appartement. James a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes, il nous a même conviés à un repas lors de la fête de la Lune. Nous étions étudiants à NCKU donc la proximité nous a bien arrangé. L'appartement et agréable avec toute les commodités, cuisine rustique mais est largement suffisante, machine à laver, de nouveaux draps sont apporté chaque mois par le propriétaire. Les clims fonctionnent très bien et sont obligatoire en été. Les lits sont grand et confortable. Attention à la présence de cafard en été même si cela reste très commun à taiwan. heureusement le propriétaire a été très réactif et nous a donné tout l'équipement pour traiter le problème dans les 24h. En bref cette appartement nous a été très utiles pour profiter de taiwan pendant ces 4 mois. je le recommande à des étudiants étrangers pour faire une coloration de moyenne durée surtout que James possède plusieurs appartement dans le même immeuble.
