Large historical home with hot tub

Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun. Game room downstairs with pool table, foosball, Arcades and darts & hot tub for 5. Enjoy swings basketball & fire pit while the kids play on the playground. The spacious dining room table sits 8 comfortably. There is room for your boat in the drive & there are docks you may use (public docks) just down the street so you can take a break from the lake, refill the gas and grab a bite at the end of the street or shop local.

Our "Little Blue" Carriage House is the perfect space for a quiet getaway. Located in Italian Village, you can easily walk to many trendy bars and restaurants like Short North Pint House, Bakersfield, and more! The other house on this property is also available (Big Blue). On-street permit parking is required. 1 free permit pass provided. We host dogs for a $35/day. See allowable dog breeds below. Pet and parking fees will be adjusted after reservation is made.

The Lake House for Family & Friends

Enjoy the Buckeye Lake north shore. Public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile. Walk to boardwalk, enjoy winterfest, restaurants, Yacht Club, ice cream, Boat Yard for bike or kayak rental or enjoy a drink with live music. Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee) or enjoy enclosed front entry way to watch the sunset. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor. Third bdrm upstairs gives a view of the lake. Drive fits 2 cars.
