Rest Relax & Recuperate on Railway and Car Space

Your apartment is located in a private, secure complex. There are two separate units available in the courtyard - perfect for larger groups or families wanting separate units right next to each other. Please check my profile for my other apartment listing called "New Executive Apartment Near Perth CBD + Parking". The space is perfect for country guests wanting to stay both short or long term. Close to the football, shopping, Burswood and centrally located for city weddings. The apartment has been carefully designed to make your stay stress free and relaxing. Situated within a small group of townhouses, your apartment is peacefully quiet, with a large fenced garden area and barbeque. While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue. Living Room: • HD Smart TV & Netflix • Hi speed wireless Wifi (NBN) • Tastefully & comfortably furnished • A large premium sofa bed with all linen provided (bed can be made for you in advance, please let me know) • Easy step-free access throughout the house and to the garden . Electric Fully reclining and “lift to stand” comfy leather lounge chair. Kitchen: • All benchtops and appliances are at a wheelchair accessible height • Dishwasher • Fridge/Freezer • Microwave • Full size Oven/grill with Gas stovetop • Nespresso machine (with pods) • Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. • Condiments and spices • Wok and Rice Cooker Bedroom: •. Ceiling fan with light and remote control Ensuite Bathroom: • Roll-in shower with handheld shower head and shower chair • Wide clearance to shower and accessible height toilet • Towels included • Hair dryer Laundry: • Washing machine and dryer • Full clothes line, detergent, softener and pegs supplied • Iron and ironing board Parking / Entry: • Wheelchair accessible parking spot directly outside the front door • Step-free, wide, well lit entrance with keyless entry The apartment is offered in its entirety which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, laundry and secure courtyard garden. The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm. Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

Welcome to your new South Perth Getaway!! Your apartment is central, stylish, modern and new, with high quality appliances for your added convenience. The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Shopping/City Optus Stadium River and City views Casino Plenty of local dining and restaurants Outdoor spaces On Site pool If visitors provide sufficient notice, chauffeur service may be arranged. Located close to the city, there is plenty of public trainsport including bus services (150 meters) and the ferry only 1.3 km away taking you straight to the heart of Elizabeth Quay. Once booked you will have Free Parking onsite and free unlimited WIFI for your entire stay.

River Location, Spacious, Peaceful

Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

Beautiful Sanctuary with Tranquil Gardens in Perth

"Armagh On The Park" A former photographic studio and gallery, this newly renovated and charming cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen, dining, bathroom and a separate living area looking out into an award-winning garden sanctuary. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

A Taste of Tiny Living : Tiny Studio

This tiny studio has its own covered outdoor table and chairs within a lovely garden area and front door access from the front courtyard. Smart Tv on wall. The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

COZY RETRO STYLE Duplex Perth

Why spend all that money on a hotel when you can stay in a cozy private self contained 2 brm duplex, not a high rise apartment. Fully equipped with all the essentials and more, including your own private driveway with free parking just a few steps from your front door for less than 1/2 the price. So close to the city and all the main attractions that perth has to offer. I am available 24/7 as I live on the property, should my guests require any help or assistance.

Private Garden Studio with free Netflix and wifi

A spotlessly clean, private & self contained Garden Studio, with pergola & private access. Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

Alexandra Villa is luxury, elegance and a beautiful location adjacent to one of Willetton's most beautiful parklands. Families will love this house for it's abundance of amenities and space. Executives can take advantage of it's proximity to the train station, Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley Hospital and close location to Perth and Fremantle. This house has been decorated by one of Perth's finest interior decorators, which is clearly apparent.

Light filled, renovated garden studio with private entrance, en suite and basic kitchenette (not a full kitchen). Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.
