Excellent get away. I wanted a weekend to recover after a busy spring where I could feel relaxed. This is it. Literally no cell service (was able to get messages to the sitter via the excellent internet), there is a camp ground that is across the way, but when you’re in the backyard you feel like people no longer exsist. Quiet, tranquil and just what I needed. Brought food to cook in the well stocked kitchen. We didn’t leave because we didn’t need to. We will definitely be back.

Place was very nice and surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Great place to fry away to. Would definitely go back. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna along with the video games and other activities inside.

Very cute AirBnB with lots of relaxing amenities (hot tub, bonfire, hammock, heated bathroom floor, etc). Communication with the hosts was amazing. We had a lovely stay! And the location is close enough to visit Traverse City as you please without staying downtown. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend some ASMR just due to cars driving by at night. But the actual place is very quiet during the day. Peaceful retreat! Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting! We were in town to attend a wedding and did not even have enough time to fully enjoy all there was to offer on our weekend stay. David was top notch on communication and went above and beyond to work out and make right a major situation that occurred out of his control. Highly recommend for any larger group needing a place with ample room to stay comfortably. A great relaxing northern Michigan home with a paradise right in the backyard!

We loved staying at Navid and Julie’s place! It was a beautiful condo and setting! Very clean, peaceful and beautiful. We did have an issue with the driveway not being plowed when we arrived but Navid was diligent about getting that done. It was done later that night. We would love to stay again at this beautiful condo!

Was a very beautiful and peaceful place in the woods. The hot tub was super clean, very cozy fireplace area, and the whole set up was just gorgeous. We had a really great experience! We also loved how they are stocked with all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and everything you would need. The host was very helpful and responded fast.

Awesome stay at the Thompsonville Lodge! JT was a great host. Everything was in good order! Got a detailed guide in advance from JT with great local suggestions like Rosie’s Country Cafe. That’s another 5 star recommendation! A must go for an amazing breakfast! The whole place, including the Hot Tub, was immaculate! Kids loved the bunk bed in the loft area, and the arcade game that had a a ton of different playable titles. Great place all around, and would definitely stay again!

John & Kelly are not your typical hosts, they go above and beyond! By far the most magnificent hosts in my experience with AirBnB! Their communication is excellent and the home was completely clean and pristine. They also had a very detailed binder with not only everything you need to know about the house, but everything you should know about the location as well! They poured in their time to find great recommendations and ideas so that their guests can have the best possible experience! The quality of everything inside their home is definitely worth the price of the stay. John & Kelly and their home check all the boxes in what one is looking for in a great experience!

Perfect house and accommodations for our group trip to traverse city. Location was easy to get from our final destination and there was lots to do around the area. The home met all of our needs. Loved the lights in the evening outside of the house, the movie room, fireplace, kitchen and jacuzzi.
