The Loft at [Mammoth Distilling] downtown Bellaire

Contemporary studio apartment that sleep 4. Located in the heart of Downtown Bellaire, above Mammoth Distilling (note live music/bar noise) and next door to Short's Brewing Company. Shanty Creek golf and ski just 3 miles away. Local restaurants, shops, and boutiques all within walking distance. King size mattress and a full size coach sleeper. Full kitchen with amenities. Glacial Hills Trails, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and all of the surrounding chain of lakes within a short drive.

Great for Girls Weekend - TC Front St. #1

Entire 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 6. Private entrance, self-check in. The beach, coffee and restaurants all within 2 blocks. Downtown TC shopping 8 blocks (about a mile). Queen sized beds in each bedroom. Memory foam sofa sleeper in living room. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and wine glasses for after your peninsula wine tour. Charcoal grill and picnic table for your use. Lots of on-site parking so multiple cars are not an issue.

Luxurious Firehouse Apartment in Downtown Traverse

Step away from cookie-cutter condos and into an extraordinary living space. The Firehouse One Building was the first Fire Station in the city, constructed back in 1891 and thoughtfully renovated in 2022. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the largest of 6 beautiful vacation rentals in the building. With 12 foot tall ceilings accented with hand hammered tin and floor to ceiling brick walls throughout, this incredible loft can comfortably accommodate 8 overnight guests.

Spacious Downtown Apartment in Historic Firehouse

Stay in a piece of history in Downtown Traverse City! Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city. This ground level flat at Firehouse One has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking on-site and fiber internet. This flat at Firehouse One embraces the original architecture of the building with large windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick while introducing modern furnishings and finishes for a great atmosphere.

Center City Lofts 508-2 Near Town and TART Trail

NEW, super sharp industrial townhouse loft located in a Traverse City neighborhood just south of the downtown hubbub. Very close to the NOBO district with restaurants and shops to the west, and Civic Center park just a couple of blocks away. Full kitchen and living space (with sleeper sofa) smart tv for streaming, a full bathroom on main floor, and a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed in the upstairs loft. This loft is 564 square feet.

You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S'mores at the fire pit.

We're located in historic downtown Traverse City's Boardman neighborhood. It's a lovely tree-lined street walk to shopping, dining, & fun at the beach. We're also right next to the Boardman Lake Trail loop. So bring your bikes, bring your kayaks! Our place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. SCORE Stanley Creek Outback Resort Estate

Our home is a nice quiet retreat. It is a lower level large 2 bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance. There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
