Fabulous South Lamar Condominium with Luxury Touches

Look no further, you have found what you are looking for! Be close to everything great in Austin and relax in a stylish comfortable condo that has everything you need. You will love the open concept Living Room! The floor-plan is a great use of space for relaxing and watching the wall mounted 50" TV on the sofa bed couch, dining in the dining area on a modern Tulip table, or cooking in the feature and appliance complete kitchen. The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment. The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, and granite tile vanity counter tops and features a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress! The entire condo unit is available for guests. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything during your stay! South Lamar is a 10-minute car ride from downtown and Barton Springs, yet tucked away in a residential area. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are a walk away, while a short drive to South Congress delivers great shopping and buzzing nightlife. However you want to get around in Austin you are covered. There are plenty of great things to drive, bike, or walk to. There are multiple bus stops 10 to 20 minutes walk away. Taxi, uber and lyft will be great options for getting around as well. If you do rent a car, there is a reserved parking spot and also plenty of parking on the street. From Bergstrom Airport a taxi will cost between $23 and $33 depending on traffic. This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!

Central Austin Craftsman in Historic Neighborhood

Nestled between two historic pecan trees on a quiet street in the heart of Rosedale neighborhood, enjoy the fully furnished, upscale features of this craftsman style garage apartment. Property includes a fully furnished kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances and amazing hardwood floors that were salvaged from a 1946 teardown and refinished to perfection. Our garage apartment, built in 2014, is completely separate from the main house on our property. Guests have a private space with a private entrance welcomed by beautifully restored 1946 hardwood floors. Kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, stainless steel Kitchen Air appliances. We live in Austin's Rosedale neighborhood - a super quiet historic neighborhood located in Central Austin. Guests have access to the entire private garage apartment which is fully detached from our main house where we live. Guests may also access the garage to store bicycles, strollers and other bulky items. We greet our guests and then are happy to provide guidance and advice as necessary. Enjoy your stay! Rosedale is located in Central Austin, just a few minutes from downtown. It is right next to the Shoal Creek hike and bike trail, making it easy to bike to downtown Austin. The MetroRapid bus stop for Rosedale is a short walk from our house. We have plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of hour house. Rosedale is located in Central Austin, just a few minutes from downtown. Our property is 2 blocks from Ramsey Park and walking distance to Central Market (groceries), Taco Deli, Houndstooth Coffee, Rudy's BBQ and more. It is right next to the Shoal Creek hike and bike trail, making it easy to bike to downtown Austin.

Alley access and a private entrance to our upstairs studio offers: *Over 575 square feet of space *Two off-street parking spots *Roomy kitchenette with plenty of storage *Microwave, sink, full-size fridge *Wine, beer, coffee, tea, waters, oatmeal - all for you *Comfy, queen size bed *Plush, queen size sofa-bed for additional guests *Bathroom with walk-in shower *Cable television, free wi-fi *Nice outside *Bike racks and locks for you to bring your bikes (or rent one) Full access to the apartment which has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From wine & beer, coffee & tea, snacks, plenty of clean towels and fluffy bathrobes all included in your stay! As much as they need! We are pretty cool hosts. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. Located just 5 minutes from downtown ATX in the neighborhood of Tarrytown, the 650sqft bungalow duplex is perfect for those traveling for work who are seeking longer stays or anyone wanting a night or two to take in the Austin vibe. This walk up private unit boasts a newly renovated kitchen & updated fixtures throughout. Secluded tree house apartment with high ceilings.

Apartment is in back of a ranch-style home. There are old growth trees and lots of shade. To arrive, you go through a gate with a path that leads to stairs. Stairs have low risers for easy climbing. Open concept efficiency has large windows with great natural light. Entertainment center with cable and free WiFi are provided. Apartment has full kitchen and bathroom. Central location makes it ideal for enjoying nearby restaurants with metro station within walking distance. I do not allow pets

New Modern One Bedroom Apartment

Modern upstairs garage apartment! Located 6 miles from downtown, 5 miles from UT, 8 miles from the airport, 2 miles from shops, restaurants, parks, and more at Mueller. We highly recommend checking out Hanks, which is less than a mile away for good food and drinks! This apartment doesn’t share any walls with the main house and has its own entrance.
