Bonnie’s place is great! The location is a short walk to a bunch of restaurants and a relatively quick drive or metro ride to other neighborhoods. The place is very quiet and very clean. The rooftop patio is amazing and so enjoyable! And Bonnie herself is so nice and communicative. She made the stay even better. This will definitely be a place we stay at again!

Gerald showed lots of hospitality towards me and my family. If I ever come back to Chicago this will be my first stop!

Very nice and comfortable little basement apartment in Garfield Park. It was very quiet and cozy and I felt right at home! The bed was also super soft. Tanya and Lee were very communicative and checked in a lot whenever I needed anything.

We can't say enough great things about Travis and Amy's place! We were there for a month, and it was the perfect space for living, working, cooking, and enjoying the restaurants and shops at Southport. We're so grateful for their hospitality!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. One thing to note is that the building is located right next to a highway, so there is constant road noise. It wasn’t an issue for me since I was prepared to expect it, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to sound. Overall, I’d happily stay here again—just plan ahead for the noise if you’re a light sleeper!

Rob’s place is so cute and the coffee shop and bar staff were so FRIENDLY and cool ..especially Kim in the coffee shop ..convenient location ..safe neighborhood..great vibes!

We loved our time in Chicago, and staying at Andris’s place made it even better. The apartment is adorable, well laid out, and very comfortable—especially the bed! Having a parking space with a charger was a huge plus. Andris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Both the host and the place are 5 stars. We’d definitely recommend them!

Amazing place to stay. Jane had plenty of snacks in the house. Made cookies and snacks for us. Made us feel at home in a quiet neighborhood that was very walkable to great restaurants, coffee and donuts.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hugo's place! It was extremely spacious and well-equipped for large groups of people, with many extras in addition to those listed in the description. Hugo was extremely responsive and accommodating. The price is well worth it for groups of 10+ people, and we would happily stay there again.

We had a great stay at Adrienne's over Thanksgiving! The space worked well for our family - including an infant and young child - and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and we appreciated having the garage space. There was an issue with the heat when we first arrived but Adrienne responded quickly, got it fixed, and it wasn't an issue for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend!

This was our first time renting an Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great home, conveniently located in the Geneva/St Charles area. The home is spacious, with upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an extended stay for our adult family. There is also a finished walk out basement area with a nice gathering or play area for families with small children. The host Stephanie was very responsive and considerate to our unique needs, and check in and check out instructions were simple. The house is everything as listed and described, it was a good home base for us visiting family in the Fox Valley area over the holidays. Highly recommend this house and Stephanie as a host. We would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was beautifully furnished, well put together, and looked exactly like the pictures. The vibe was great, and everything exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Blesson's place for 3 days and it was great. Blesson welcomed us on the first day to make sure everything was okay and was always responsive to any of my questions. The place is as advertised in the pictures and the bathrooms are all upgraded with rain shower heads. We had two toddlers with us and Blesson was very helpful and made sure we had blackout shades when I asked him along with a crib, pack n play and high chairs. Blesson was always responsive and answered timely with any concerns I had. Location was good for us with lots of food options and shopping and close to other family in the area. Would think of staying here again nextime! Thanks Blesson for a great weekend!

Beautiful house situated on a wonderful tree-lined, quiet and safe street. I spent my mornings in a wonderful coffee shop, less than a three minute walk from the property - absolutely fantastic location! The property itself is exactly as pictured - four wonderful spacious double bedrooms and two big bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The kitchen and lounge area are wonderfully decorated throughout and again, exactly as pictured. Excellent attention to detail throughout the property, including laundry facilities and bathroom amenities, which we were super grateful of. Honestly, I was very sad to leave, and would move in tomorrow if I could! Highly recommend this home to anyone!

This condo is well appointed and stocked with coffee, creamer and seasonings. The building has a nice common area with fancy coffees and a decent work out room. We love the location near downtown Evanston and the public transportation to Chicago. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay here for all our Chicago visits.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Clean apartment with everything we needed for a family of 4. Space was nice and quiet (no noise from roads or neighbors). Parking was convenient and Michelle was immediately responsive when we needed an alternate parking space when our minivan was too big for the assigned space. Check in was a breeze. Would stay here again

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!

Beautiful modern space, impeccable cleanliness, convenient location, great communication, hosts on site. Even took time to help my parents (in their 80’s) to get inside and offered to carry their suitcases. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
