Perfect little get away pad in Brighton for two. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple or two friends . A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use. Pets welcome but tell us first please

Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated.
