I am close to Port Chalmers with views towards the Port which offers beaches, walks, art and culture, restaurants, pubs and parks. The house is close to the bus stop into Dunedin City 10 km away. On the way to the City you pass the Forsyth Barr Stadium and the University. My home is an early 1900's ex railway cottage that now has all the modern conveniences including an HRV system and double glazing so it is warm and dry. Price is for 2 people. Guests can use WiFi, the kitchen, laundry etc.

We are close to walking and mountain bike tracks and only 8 minutes drive from the centre city. On Highgate and Roslyn there are a number of cafe's within a five minute drive should you wish to dine out without driving right into the city.
